We design the internal structure and steel structure appearance,according to customer requirements and
local environment. Steel structure design is in good agreement with the actual working performance of the
steel structure.so the steel structural reliability is high.
The steel structure warehouse has strong wind resistance and can withstand hurricanes of 70 meters per
second.Steel structure is insulated and refractory,so it is durable, the life of prefab building is above 70-100 years.
In the manufacturing process, we use the upper steel material , comes from JINAN AND RIZHAO STEEL plant
group.The toughness of steel is good, making the structure more adaptable to dynamic loads.All steel
components are prefabricated in the factory, assembled on site, with high precision and high degree of
assembly.
The thermal insulation material used is mainly made of glass wool, which has good thermal insulation effect.
With the insulation board of the outer wall, the "cold bridge" phenomenon of the wall is effectively avoided,
and a better heat preservation effect is achieved. The thermal resistance of R15 insulation cotton with a
thickness of about 100mm can be equivalent to a brick wall of 1m thick.
During the construction process, dry work is carried out to reduce the pollution caused by waste to the
environment, and the steel structure material is 100% recycled.
The manufactured components are shipped to the site for installation. The steel structure construction time is
shortened to 30 days.
